Permanent eyeliner is a PMU (permanent makeup) treatment that involves using a specialized tattoo machine to implant pigment on the lash line to replicate the look of eyeliner. The treatment, also known as an eyeliner tattoo, can be applied in a variety of styles, including larger strong wings, light lash enhancements, or smokey looks in many colors.
