Our specialist is skilled in handling all hair types, from thin and fragile to thick and coarse, wavy, curly, porous, and even bald. However, the type of hair is not a concern. Ultimately, the Head Spa is a scalp treatment, and as long as you have a scalp, we can provide the Head Spa.
Given the nature of our treatment and the tools used, it is most effective on hair that is worn down and can be brushed through. If you have braids or dreadlocks, we suggest removing them before your appointment to ensure the best and most enjoyable experience.
Yes, our products are pregnancy-safe, provided you can have your hair shampooed, deep conditioned, and receive a collagen face mask. Please inform us of any allergies before your service. We recommend consulting your doctor before your appointment to ensure it meets your specific pregnancy needs. Note that you will be lying flat on your back during the treatment. For safety reasons, we do not perform services for those who are in their early stages of pregnancy.
